Our CHC50213 Diploma of School Age Education and Care will train future educators, who are responsible for the day-to-day running of a before and after school care and/or vacation care service.
This qualification will help you learn the skills required for leadership roles in school age care services. A diploma would enable you to take responsibility, leadership and supervise teams in your workplace. You’ll also be qualified to plan, implement and manage programs which address regulatory and duty of care requirements. The Diploma of School Age Education and Care is for anyone looking for rewarding, out-of-the-ordinary roles outside school contexts. As educators, they plan programs and facilitate children’s learning and development.
The CHC50213 Diploma of School Age Education and Care is a nationally recognised qualification.
Minimum of 240 hours that we can help you organise (working hours can be logged as placement hours for workplace students)
Applicants will be required to complete an online language, literacy and numeracy test along with a pre-training review to assess suitability of the course and to determine any learning support needs.
